I joined Joe’s Agency in December 2011 to manage content for WB Games and Electronic Arts, where I ended up developing unique content, always seeking to engage with the public. I took on other accounts, covering my colleagues’ vacations, and created a more aesthetically appealing and complete social media reporting template, using data from social networks such as Facebook, Twitter and other tools available at the agency. In August 2012, I was promoted to Content Manager, coordinating all the work of the team that managed the social networks of Paramount Home Entertainment (DVDs), some of the Turner Broadcasting channels such as TNT, TBS, WB Channel, Turner Classic Movies, Space and others, Galeria do Rock, Diary of the Wimpy Kid Books among others. For the other accounts, I mostly reviewed the content and sent it to the advertising agency account service, which was sent to the client. Of the Turner Broadcasting System channels, I ended up taking on more of TCM, TNT, WB Channel and Space, but my role was much more management. With the Turner channels, the idea was to create content specifically for each audience, with TCM being very different from Space, and so on. We always take care to present these issues to the client and constantly evolve the content.
