Phil Spencer being interviewed by Nelson Alves Jr. on Inside Xbox, giving an overview of what to expect from Xbox in the future.
In 2015, Microsoft invested in a beautiful and large stand, where in the middle there was a structure like a glass house where the Inside Xbox programs were recorded.
At the time, Microsoft was using a social media agency in Mexico that coordinated much of the global content for the Xbox brand. When it came to event coverage, the agency was not quick enough to post event-based content to increase audience engagement, especially when it came to Brasil Game Show, the largest gaming fair in Brazil at the time. I was hired by my friends at Agência WTF, which were responsible for Inside Xbox, and I covered BGS 2015 and 2016, creating content for Instagram, X (former Twitter), and Facebook. The content was approved at the booth by the marketing department in Brazil. The event were attended by Phil Spencer, head of Xbox (in 2015), and Inside Xbox conducted a series of interviews with people from the international and Brazilian markets, creating daily videos with lots of content for the brand’s fans.
