I am Canadian / Brazilian, and worked as a video game journalist for many years, contributing to both print and online publications. My experience in the gaming industry eventually led me to explore other areas, such as social media and marketing. I have always had a passion for art and contemplated becoming a game developer; however, this seemed impossible in Brazil (at the time). Instead, I studied Multimedia Design and pursued a different path for several years. Currently, I live in Montréal with my wife and our two golden retrievers, Zoe and Hazel and I studied 3D Production for video games in Montréal, but never worked in the field. I also host a podcast in Portuguese called Mega Busters with my great friend Makson Lima, I’m also on the board of AbleGamers Brasil and I’m Certified Accessible Player Experience Practitioner. I truly cannot imagine my life without my wife, my dogs, good games (classic or new) and Punk Rock.
